Dye kits for upcycling

Our 4 signature colours are available in a dye kit for upcycling and extending the life of your own favourite pieces. Each kit has enough botanical dyestuff to upcycle 150g of fabric (approximately). Check the sequence of images depicting a pure wool cardigan (130g weight) that was stained from being stored badly. The cardigan was dyed with Marigold and Walnut for a new lease of life.

Only natural fabrics can be dyed with botanical dyes. These include:

• Wool
• Silk
• Cotton
• Linen
• Hemp
• Semi synthetics (Rayon, viscose, bamboo etc)

Our fashion colour choices are

• Mustard (marigold and walnut)
• Olive (marigold and iron)
• Clay (Madder root)
• Apricot (dyers chamomile and marigold)

Each dye pack contains dye powders, scouring agent, mordants, a muslin dye bag and instructions.
