Sarong cotton silk blend

The sarong is a very sheer (see through) fabric in 70% cotton 30% silk. It goes well over bathers. You can also toss it over your shoulders for sun shade.

It's large - 200cm x 100cm.

Colour - white

You can wear it as is, dye it with botanical dye, or ecoprint it with alum and flowers. (In the image the sarong is dyed with madder.)

You can ecoprint it with iron mordant but the fabric may deteriorate as iron damages fine fibres. Because it is very sheer, ecoprints come out quite pale.
